Members of Crocodilio’s team have developed bespoke models and analytic solutions for major blue chip organisations and – unlike some organisations – we provide clients with the ability to challenge our assumptions and stress test our scenarios… thus permitting greater understanding and avoiding dependency.

As would be expected, analytics frequently play a significant role in the types of projects Crocodilio can undertake. We pride ourselves on the scientifically robust interpretation of data to inform problem solving and decision making... yet we present our findings in a manner that allows personnel at all relevant levels within an organisation to easily understand and use our analysis. We are not “numbers people”, we are “information people”.

Where appropriate, we are able to undertake addition desk or field research to augment your existing data – filling some of the gaps that could otherwise affect the accuracy of our analysis and recommendations. Some clients find that, engaging us to undertake such research, allows some of the “hard questions” to be asked about data and/or assumptions... questions that internal personnel may be unable, for any number of reasons, to ask.

Particular areas of expertise for Crocodilio include supply side and demand side forecasting, the development of capacity management tools, the statistical analysis of financial data sets, and financial modelling (to support product/market development activities or general business planning) – including multi-factor scenario analysis as appropriate. Indeed, number of City institutions have used our services to help them understand data and/or provide advanced analytic tools to inform their investment decisions... a high recommendation indeed, given the strength of internal resources at their disposal.
