Crocodilio is a delivery-focussed consultancy organisation specialising in projects of a commercial nature. We leverage extensive commercial and process expertise, gained working in/for international organisations to deliver practical solutions.

The company’s consultants have advised numerous entities, ranging from the NHS and NDPBs to investment banks and multi-national corporations, on commercially based projects involving strategic, organisational and service/process development. Typical projects involve helping clients better understand, and adapt to, changing market/competitive environments... through research/analysis of organisational performance, market needs, the regulatory environment... or simply helping clients drive innovation or build on their organisational competencies to address new (often uncontested) markets.
